General Order FAQ

As I get my store fully set up, I am printing each order on-demand. That means that shipping may take slightly longer than you're used to (thanks, Amazon!), or that some items may ship to you separately as they're printed.

When will I get my order?

For US orders, it usually takes between 6 and 11 days total to receive your order after it's been placed.

How long are printing times?

This depends on the product and other factors (i.e. there may be longer printing times during peak periods, such as around the winter holiday season). Generally, it's between 3 and 7 days.

Is there tax?

Yes, but only for orders that ship to California.

 

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer?

Right now, I offer standard shipping only. For US orders, that means that you should receive your order 3-4 days after it's been printed.

Do you ship internationally?

I'm working on it! New countries and shipping options will be added in the days and weeks to come!

 

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns/exchanges policy?

I don't currently offer traditional returns or exchanges, because I print every order as it's ordered and there's no "stock" to return it to. But if something is wrong with your order, I am happy to help and get it replaced or refunded for you. Please use the contact page to get in touch if something isn't right with your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please send a message through the contact form and I'll sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know via the contact form within a week after receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number!
